00:00 more to do with, we were a little bit different in terms of the way we thought about things
00:05 in the game. We had many arguments all the time, we used to argue all the time in training.
00:12 First time I signed for the club from Barnsley, I lost a run in my first training session
00:19 and Cliffie called me a big time, so and so. Me and him went head to head in training but
00:27 we were like that all the time, even in games we were at each other. If he didn't pass me
00:31 the ball and he whipped one down the line like he used to like to do all the time, I
00:36 was at him and if I lost the ball and he gave me it, he was at me. We just had that chemistry
00:40 that nothing was ever personal, we were always good friends off the pitch and both had that
00:46 real desire to win.
00:47 I always find it interesting that it's a Northern Irishman and someone from the South, but obviously
00:51 you're a team now.
00:52 Yeah, I think it just boils down to it, we both had the number one goal that we wanted
00:56 to win but we had different ways of doing it and different ways of thinking. I think
01:01 that's why it lends itself to the two of us being together for the last six years or so.
