00:23 When the police entered the scene, they were arrested.

00:29 Mark Kevin Andrade was arrested.

00:31 He's a blogger who's also known as Tip CD and his 7 other colleagues.

00:36 According to the police, there's no permit from the government so raffling cars online is prohibited by the group.

00:42 Why is the law prohibiting us from having a license?

00:45 Basically because you won't be chased.

00:47 If they don't have a permit, you won't have an assurance.

00:51 Desktop and laptop computers were also confiscated for evidence.

00:55 Mobile phones, tables, routers that are used in live streams,

00:59 and air-mix containers where they put plastic balls with numbers.

01:04 They were also charged with violating the Republic Act 1602 or illegal gambling.

01:10 We contacted the ACG to get the names of the suspects but they were still being transported to Capocrame.

01:17 According to the police, there are more complaints against people with similar personalities so they are being chased.

01:23 We have cases wherein famous bloggers or celebrities endorse a raffle or something that they don't claim the prize.

01:35 We call on bloggers, endorsers, celebrity personnel, who have a lot of followers,

01:41 don't be responsible to those we endorse.

01:45 The ACG is also investigating if the group is just solo in this operation or if there's someone who's making them move.
