00:24 Ohio State. I just feel like we're running it back every year. Is this the last few years? Is

00:31 this the year that Penn State is doing? Is this the year that Penn State can get over the hump?

00:35 And I just don't, I think, I just get concerned that it's more narrative than it is substance.

00:41 Do we really think that Penn State is in the same tier as Ohio State and or Michigan? Frankly,
