00:06 That includes the barangay and the youth elections until the Ondas is over.

00:11 This Friday, the MMDA will start the Oplan Ondas.

00:17 More than 1,400 people will be buried in cemeteries and streets.

00:22 In Calabarzon, the DOH has already issued a code white alert for the barangay, SK elections and Ondas.

00:29 This means that all medical personnel in hospitals are ready
