00:00 What a letdown, boy.
00:01 Sometimes, talking to coaches, something
00:04 happens in these non-conference, non-divisional games
00:07 where they play a game on the road,
00:09 and yes, it counts against their record.
00:12 But it has nothing to do with their conference record.
00:14 So you look at the situation.
00:16 They go to Baltimore.
00:17 It's not like it's a long flight,
00:18 but it's a non-conference game.
00:20 And you just talked about it.
00:21 In the first quarter, they looked
00:22 like they were defeated very early in the game.
00:24 And I know Dan Campbell, their head coach,
00:26 said they needed something like this, maybe to wake them up,
00:27 because everyone's been propping them up.
00:29 They've obviously been a breakout team this season.
00:31 But they were awful.
00:32 But the big story here is the Ravens offense.
00:35 This is the first time Pharrell, Todd Monken and Lamar Jackson,
00:40 as they work together, this is their breakout game together.
00:42 This is terrific.
00:43 They're also very healthy on the offensive line.
00:45 We talked about that on Friday.
00:46 It's really the first time all season they've
00:48 had their offensive line healthy.
00:50 Their receiver core is healthy.
00:51 Mark Andrews had a breakout game.
00:52 He was terrific.
00:54 But what I love, Pharrell, is Monken
00:56 being aggressive in the first half.
00:59 On the first four drives is really
01:02 what happened in the first quarter,
01:04 going into the second quarter.
01:06 They threw the ball on each first down.
01:09 You've got to love that.
01:10 Coming up, throwing, use the analytical data like they do.
01:13 I love that.
01:14 That's what we've been waiting for with Todd Monken compared
01:17 to Greg Roman, his predecessor.
01:18 Greg is phenomenal.
01:20 We're in game design, but Monken's about the passing game.
01:23 And this was probably the best Lamar's
01:25 played in almost three years.
01:26 He was unstoppable, 21 and 27.
01:28 But it wasn't one of those, OK, he was accurate at 220 yards,
01:32 353 and three touchdowns.
01:34 He was incredible.
01:35 He was unstoppable.
01:37 And coming into the game, the Lions,
01:40 they were on an unbelievable high.
01:41 But the injuries kind of caught up with them.
01:43 But this is, again, the healthiest
01:44 the Ravens have been, particularly in offense.
01:47 And it showed.
01:47 And they continue to lead that division.
01:49 Though, your Steelers are right behind them.
