00:03 - Yes, I'm actually looking at the conference champion
00:05 here to be the Boston Celtics.
00:06 I like the Boston Celtics last year as they were.
00:09 Now they did make some changes here.
00:10 The one key ingredient here is I know everybody,
00:12 oh, they got poor Zingas here and they got Drew Holiday.
00:14 The interesting part is gonna be,
00:16 Mark is smart, maybe not as good a total basketball player,
00:19 let's just say as Drew Holiday is,
00:20 but he brought something at that grit and grime that,
00:23 you know, lean on me,
00:24 if you need me to do the dirty work and also score,
00:26 I can do both of those things.
00:28 But I love the Drew Holiday move.
00:29 That also you move in there,
00:31 a guy that can score 20 points a game.
00:32 Let's just say, and again,
00:33 we talk about the 65 games, right?
00:35 That means players are gonna miss basketball games
00:37 just on rest nights here,
00:38 where their minutes are gonna be limited here.
00:40 So you take a look at Jalen Brown and also Jason Tatum.
00:42 If one or two of those guys are out here,
00:44 I don't think he missed the scoring.
00:45 Why?
00:46 Because Drew Holiday can do that.
00:47 And he did that with Milwaukee in big spots
00:49 with Giannis Anthony Kupo out.
00:50 You can lean on him.
00:51 I love the move for Chris Favre-Porzingis.
00:53 The interesting part about Porzingis is, right,
00:55 you expected him as a Knicks player.
00:57 He was the unicorn, right?
00:58 He was supposed to be the superstar of the Knicks franchise
01:01 for the next 15 years.
01:02 He's gonna get 20, 15, and seven every single night.
01:05 Well, he couldn't be the superstar.
01:07 He's now bounced around on a couple of basketball teams.
01:09 And I think he finally found a home in Boston.
01:11 Why?
01:12 Because he could just be himself here.
01:13 You have superstars across that lineup
01:15 where he can just mold in and go,
01:16 "Hey guys, I can chip in with 15, nine, and three
01:20 every single night, not be in the spotlight,
01:22 and be left alone."
01:23 Because you're no longer looking at the Celtics going,
01:25 "You know what?
01:25 We gotta keep the ball out of Porzingis' hands."
01:28 No, you have to keep the ball out of Jaylen Brown's hands
01:30 and Jason Tatum's hands.
01:31 I just like the depth and the starting lineup here
01:34 for the Boston Celtics.
01:35 I think big things are in order for them.
01:37 And I think they have a legitimate chance
01:38 to take down the Milwaukee Bucks this year in the East.
01:41 - DRS, I think the Celtics are going to be there.
01:43 They've been in the Eastern Conference Finals
01:45 three of the previous four years, five of the last seven.
01:48 They've only won the Eastern Conference Championship,
01:52 one of those five appearances in the last seven years.
01:54 Of course, it was two years ago in 2021, 2022,
01:59 before falling to the Warriors in the NBA Finals.
