00:00 We've heard from Senate Republicans
00:01 that humanitarian aid to Gaza is an issue for them
00:04 in the aid package.
00:05 Are there any modifications to the aid package
00:08 that would be red lines for the White House?
00:09 I'm not going to get into any hypotheticals or any red lines.
00:14 We believe there's no reason for Congress --
00:16 shouldn't pass or support this --
00:19 we believe this national --
00:20 it's a national security priority, right,
00:23 which includes, as you know, critical aid to Ukraine as well,
00:26 not just aid to what is happening --
00:31 to Israel with what's happening in the region.
00:34 But we also believe there is strong bipartisan support.
00:36 We've heard it from Mitch McConnell.
00:38 We've heard it from McCaul, right, Chairman McCaul.
00:42 We've heard it from Chairman Turner.
00:44 So we believe there is actually strong bipartisan support
00:47 for this supplemental package
00:50 that was introduced by the President last week,
00:53 and we believe that there's no reason,
00:54 no reason at all that Congress can't get it through.
00:58 Does the President have any reaction to the reporting
01:01 that Congressman Dean Phillips
01:02 is going to be seeking a Democratic
01:04 presidential nomination?
01:05 I'm going to be careful from here.
01:06 Not going to speak to electoral politics --
01:08 upcoming electoral politics, 2024.
01:12 One thing I would say outside of that
01:15 is we appreciate the Congressman's
01:18 almost 100 percent support of this President
01:21 as he's moved forward
01:22 with some really important key legislative priorities
01:25 for the American people.
01:26 I just don't have anything to share on the 2024 from here.
