00:16 and this will bring particular rains here in the eastern part of Northern and Central Luzon.

00:23 So, it is possible that the chances of rain will still be high here in the northern part of Aurora, Isabela, Cagayan, and Northern Quezon.

00:30 In the north-east monsoon, this is the windy part,

00:33 we will still experience some light rain in the northern part of Northern Luzon.

00:38 Meanwhile, we can notice that there are some clouds that are visible here in the eastern part outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
