00:02 - Hi there, I'm Amy Garcia from BBC Look North,
00:15 and I am celebrating 10 years of presenting the programme.
00:19 Can you believe it's been that long?
00:21 Time flies when you're having fun, so they say.
00:23 And it's definitely been a lot of fun along the way.
00:26 I would say my standout moments
00:28 have got to be the challenges with Harry.
00:32 250 miles on a tandem, we had a lot of giggles
00:36 and sore legs as well, as you can imagine.
00:38 And pushing the sofa with Harry and Paul
00:40 across the region to mark 50 years of regional news
00:43 was also a time I won't forget.
00:45 They were gruelling, they were pretty horrendous
00:48 at the time, but you don't get to do those sorts of things
00:50 in real life, so I grasped those opportunities.
00:53 But also the most special thing for me
00:54 was getting to meet our viewers,
00:56 because that's what Look North is about.
00:58 It's about the people who watch,
01:00 so what a privilege to be able to meet them in person.
01:04 Those are definitely standout moments for me.
01:06 - Pop 'em.
01:11 (laughing)
01:13 Come on, girls.
01:14 This is the one that they've named after me, Dad.
01:17 (screaming)
01:18 Robin!
01:19 We hatched them in an incubator.
01:25 We've got a local farmer who's a friend
01:26 and he wanted to hatch some,
01:29 so he gave us an incubator and some eggs for free.
01:32 He took half and we kept half.
01:34 And this is what came out of them.
