02:10 Bodi Jakarta, covering IDX News.
02:19 Welcome to discuss our interesting topic today,
02:21 IPO PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk with the UDNK Foundation.
02:25 We are here with me in the IDX channel studio,
02:28 Mr. Vincent Lukito, who is the Chief Director of PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk
02:32 and also Mr. Christian Brandon Limbono,
02:34 Director of PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk.
02:37 Good morning, Mr. Vincent and Mr. Brandon.
02:40 Good morning, sir.
02:41 - Good morning, sir. - Good morning, sir.
02:42 Thank you for your time.
02:44 We say congratulations because today,
02:46 you are officially a member of the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
02:50 Can you explain to the audience first,
02:53 why Perseroan chose to be a listed company?
02:57 Okay, thank you, Mr. Pras.
02:59 We are an optimistic management, sir.
03:02 For the industry, the potential of Udang Faname, especially,
03:06 the future is very good.
03:08 And for now, the government also fully supports
03:12 the industry of Udang Faname.
03:15 In addition, the world's needs are not sufficient.
03:19 Because there are so many, sir.
03:21 So the supply is not enough.
03:23 That's why the market price is also quite stable.
03:27 Because of that, we see this as something that
03:31 in the future, it will be a good thing, sir.
03:35 Therefore, we as a management also support
03:40 the government's program.
03:42 Because Indonesia is one of the top five exporters of Udang Faname.
03:46 - Okay. - Yes.
03:47 So, with the implementation of this IPO,
03:50 we target to help add production targets, sir.
03:56 Okay.
03:57 So, how about the shares that were released to the public?
03:59 How many, Mr. Pras?
04:01 And maybe you can explain to the audience.
04:03 We have released 5 million lots
04:05 and also printed the 1st series warehouse, 5 to 4.
04:08 Okay, 5 to 4, right?
04:10 Yes.
04:11 For the 1st series warehouse.
04:12 If we look at the 1st series warehouse,
04:14 what kind of mechanism can we get, Mr. Hitcher?
04:17 Okay.
04:18 So, for the 1st series warehouse mechanism,
04:21 for investors who buy shares during the IPO,
04:24 they will get the 1st series warehouse with,
04:27 as mentioned before, a ratio of 5 to 4.
04:30 Where from now onwards, from today,
04:33 it can be traded and can be executed
04:36 6 months after today.
04:38 Okay, that's it.
04:39 So, there is a sweetener in the form of 1 warrant
04:42 that is given to the investors of the shares,
04:44 who have invested their funds in UDNG,
04:47 which is just launched in the capital market today.
04:49 So, how is it?
04:50 If we look at it like that,
04:52 what is the target of the fresh funds?
04:55 The total fund celebration is estimated at 50 billion.
04:59 Okay.
05:00 Where 40 billion, we will distribute to businessmen,
05:05 PT Marina Bahari Sentosa.
05:07 Where we will also expand the addition of production ponds.
05:11 We target around 30 to 40 production ponds.
05:15 Okay.
05:16 Then, after reducing the cost of emissions,
05:19 the rest we will use as a model of work
05:24 for the celebration of UDNG and businessmen of Marina Bahari Sentosa.
05:28 Okay, that's it.
05:29 From some funds that were used,
05:32 in addition to expanding business, also for business models.
05:34 We will discuss the profile of Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk.
05:38 We will discuss it in the next segment.
05:40 We will be back in a moment.
05:41 Thank you for joining us in Market Review.
05:43 In the next segment, we will present data
05:45 related to PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk or UDNG
05:48 which has just launched in the stock market.
05:50 You can watch the full data on your TV screen.
05:53 We look at the profile of M8N,
05:55 the share code of UDNG.
05:58 There are 500 million shares that were released
06:00 or around 28.57% of the capital placed and stored by the investors.
06:06 Today is October 31, 2023,
06:09 with the price of IPO around Rp100 per share
06:12 and the IPO result is around Rp50 billion.
06:16 Next, the use of IPO funds,
06:18 as mentioned earlier by Mr. Vincent,
06:22 88.89% is used for business expansion.
06:26 The other 11.11% is used for capital expenditure.
06:31 Next, we look at the share ownership of Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk.
06:36 There are Vincent Lugito, Yose Lepiga Keliat,
06:39 Christian Brandon Limbono, Benny, Andre Camp,
06:42 Christopher Bradley Limbono,
06:44 and the community, around 28.57%.
06:48 You can watch the full data on your TV screen
06:53 about the share ownership of UDNG.
06:56 Next, we look at the asset, liability, and equity side of the investment.
07:02 The asset is around Rp15.18 billion,
07:05 the liability is Rp1.12 billion,
07:07 and the equity is Rp14.06 billion.
07:10 The data is for April 31, 2023.
07:13 We will continue this interesting discussion
07:16 with Mr. Vincent Lugito,
07:18 the Director-General of Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk,
07:20 and Christian Brandon Limbono,
07:22 the Director-General of Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk.
07:25 Mr. Vincent, the use of funds is interesting.
07:29 Most of it is for expansion.
07:31 What is the expectation of this expansion?
07:33 You mentioned the construction of new dams.
07:36 Can you explain the area or the site?
07:40 Where is it located?
07:41 How many dams are there currently?
07:43 The site we have now is in Bangka Blitung Island.
07:50 Therefore, we also target the expansion of additional dams
07:54 in the same location,
07:56 in Bangka Blitung Island as well,
07:58 to facilitate mobility management.
08:02 What else?
08:06 How many are there currently?
08:08 And how many more will be added?
08:10 We currently have 14 intensive and super intensive production dams.
08:17 We will expand to add 30 to 40 dams.
08:24 Production dams in Anak Usaha PT Marina Bahari Sentosa.
08:30 And all of them are in Bangka Blitung Island.
08:34 If we look at the existing conditions,
08:37 how do you see the competition in location, etc.?
08:40 Meanwhile, the central office is in Jakarta.
08:43 How about the operational itself?
08:46 The operational in Jakarta is only the head office.
08:50 So, for accounting and finance,
08:53 all employees are in the head office in Jakarta.
08:57 But the whole operational site is in Bangka Blitung.
09:02 The next interesting thing is the current situation in Perseroan.
09:06 This is a company that has just been landed.
09:08 Then the focus is on the additional dams.
09:11 Mr. Brandon can explain how the current situation in Perseroan is.
09:15 Perseroan has managed to print positive data in early 2023.
09:19 Where the production of Perseroan is supported by the new SOP that we have made this year.
09:27 Through 2022.
09:29 The Perseroan data factor is also supported by the stability of the market price.
09:34 And also very high demand.
09:37 The strategy to be able to maintain positive energy throughout 2023,
09:42 and see the projection in 2024, how is it?
09:45 We will always do operational analysis.
09:48 And still develop new SOP.
09:52 One of the things we just introduced in 2023 is our statistical model.
09:58 Which can read, not read, but estimate the population of the dams in each pool.
10:05 So, you have been using digital applications all this time from Perseroan?
10:11 If we talk about digital applications, our statistical model is in-house.
10:14 But we are trying to partner with several startups in the field of aquaculture.
10:23 Especially for water quality management.
10:27 So we want to implement IoT that can be inserted into the pool,
10:31 and read the water quality parameters in real time to us.
10:36 So there is one step forward in terms of digitalization.
10:43 How about production? Do you have a strong correlation that with the use of IoT,
10:49 it can increase the efficiency?
10:51 One example is our statistical model.
10:55 So from the statistical model, it's not just about productivity,
11:02 but also about the bottom line of the company.
11:05 So if productivity goes up but the bottom line goes down,
11:08 that's also something we want to avoid.
11:12 Let's talk about the market forces.
11:15 Let's go back to Mr. Vincent.
11:17 How do you see the business competition?
11:19 And the needs of the community?
11:21 Meanwhile, Indonesia is also very large if we look at the needs related to the dam itself.
11:26 For business competition, I see it as still low.
11:31 Because the nature of the business of Budidaya Udang Fanami
11:36 makes it easier for us to sell our production or harvest results
11:42 to buyers with a market price.
11:44 And so far, we have never had any difficulty in selling our production or harvest results.
11:52 So it's directly absorbed.
11:54 Yes.
11:55 If we look at the market forces, the needs are still quite large.
11:58 So we have to have a demand that is met with the addition of new ponds.
12:04 Yes, that's right.
12:05 And how do you see the projection?
12:07 At least until the end of this year.
12:09 Okay.
12:10 For now, maybe a little bit of background.
12:14 For now, with the site that we have now,
12:18 the target is to produce up to 250 tons per year.
12:22 We target by adding a new expansion pond through anak usaha,
12:29 we target to reach 850 tons per year.
12:34 Wow, 800 tons per year?
12:37 Yes, per year.
12:38 Amazing.
12:39 So how about the existing conditions?
12:41 Which areas are the biggest backbones for the marketing of the product from Perserwa?
12:47 For now, still our operational department at the Bangka Blitung Headquarters.
12:51 We are located in West Bank.
12:53 So we are operating there geographically.
12:58 Okay.
12:59 Is the market only for that area or all over Indonesia?
13:01 All over Indonesia, sir.
13:02 So the production of our products is focused on export.
13:09 Okay.
13:10 Indeed, if we look at the export needs related to this prawn, it is still quite high.
13:14 Yes, that's right.
13:15 It's not enough.
13:16 Not enough.
13:17 Not enough.
13:18 The potential is 50 billion.
13:20 It can be one of the boosters if we look at it that way.
13:24 Yes.
13:25 Okay.
13:26 How about the company profile that can be conveyed to the audience?
13:31 Maybe Mr. Vincent.
13:33 Okay.
13:34 Our Perserwa was established in 2019, sir.
13:39 Okay.
13:40 At first, we only had six production ponds.
13:42 Me and Mr. Jose Lupega Keliat as founders,
13:47 we were building this pond.
13:50 Until now, we have learned, we have adapted to the SOP on the ground.
13:55 Okay.
13:56 And now we have 14 production ponds.
13:58 And with the existence of IPO today,
14:03 we are also committed to get a better performance in the future.
14:09 Okay.
14:10 The raw material itself, or the seeds,
14:12 are they from the prawn itself, are they safe and available?
14:16 Yes, of course, sir.
14:17 So there are several supplier vendors.
14:20 They are all big companies that provide for the prawn.
14:25 So we just need to do the marketing,
14:28 which means marketing.
14:29 Yes, marketing.
14:30 Okay.
14:31 To maintain the performance,
14:32 if we look at it, the competition is still quite open, wide.
14:36 Maybe we go to Mr. Brandon,
14:38 how do you see the strategy to maintain,
14:40 how do we keep our clean pond guaranteed,
14:42 then we can also increase the income by adding,
14:45 earlier, the target was 30 new ponds, if I'm not mistaken.
14:48 Yes, 30 to 40 new ponds.
14:50 How is that?
14:51 See the potential for finance.
14:53 If for example the potential for finance,
14:55 we always see with a very stable market price,
14:59 and not only stable but increasing every year,
15:01 there is a potential to bring value,
15:03 not only for the seller, but for investors and the Indonesian economy.
15:07 And in addition to that,
15:08 the seller also maintains the opportunity
15:13 by holding new SOP,
15:15 to maintain the water quality management,
15:17 with IOT that we want to work with,
15:20 with aquaculture,
15:22 and also our statistical model.
15:24 So we don't just focus on productivity,
15:28 but also the other bottom line is the company.
15:30 We see if we can make the right decisions at the right time.
15:34 Okay, get it ready.
15:36 Okay, that's it.
15:37 We see that it is indeed the right strategy to see the existing conditions,
15:40 and how to continue to build optimism for the future.
15:43 We will be back in a moment.
15:44 And in the separation, we will see how the strategy and challenges
15:47 that will be broken to see the future of Kinerja Perseruan.
15:51 Thank you for joining us in the market review.
15:54 And we continue again this interesting discussion
15:56 with Prof. Vincent Lukito,
15:58 and Prof. Christian Brandon Limono.
16:00 Okay, Prof. Vincent, let's talk about it.
16:02 If we look at it, the market is very open,
16:04 and then the use of technology has also been discussed.
16:07 So how is the plan for the future expansion of the business?
16:11 Because earlier it was said by Prof. Brandon
16:13 that he will continue to maintain Kinerja from the point of view of income,
16:16 and then the clean laba, Perseruan.
16:18 Okay, for now, our focus is still to expand through PT Marina Bahari Sentosa.
16:27 We will expand the addition of production ponds,
16:30 30 to 40 ponds.
16:32 But not only that,
16:35 we also aim to fill some of the laba
16:40 for another expansion of the addition of ponds outside PT Marina Bahari Sentosa.
16:46 Okay, okay.
16:47 So it's outside, but not internal, right?
16:52 Yes, yes.
16:53 Okay, okay.
16:54 How about if we talk about the challenges in 2024?
16:57 Maybe Prof. Brandon can explain.
16:59 If we look at the existing conditions, the strategy has been prepared.
17:02 What is important for investors to see Kinerja Perseruan,
17:06 how management maintains it strongly,
17:09 that we must be able to provide support to the investors.
17:14 Of course we want to bring value to the investors and also to the Indonesian economy.
17:19 And for the challenges in 2024, it's the same as in the past six months.
17:25 We will be linked to living creatures.
17:27 But from the SOPs that Perseruan and management have applied to UDA NG
17:34 and also later for PT Marina Bahari Sentosa,
17:37 we are quite confident that we can get through everything.
17:40 From water quality management with parameters that we test every day.
17:45 From the statistical model with our food use,
17:49 efficient or not.
17:50 And there is also PCR testing and others.
17:53 Maybe it will take a lot of time if it is detailed one by one.
17:58 There are several points or components that seem to be of interest
18:00 if we develop business in the sector.
18:03 As we see, the Phenomex shrimp tank, especially.
18:06 The benefits of TennoLogic working with other startup companies,
18:11 for example, how do you see the future?
18:13 For the future, we will definitely use a water quality management device.
18:19 So we dip it and leave it in the pool
18:21 to be able to read the water parameters
18:23 as a mineral, dissolve oxygen, temperature, pH.
18:32 And from there we can make the right decisions at the right time.
18:35 What minerals are lacking, what additives are lacking
18:39 that can optimize the health of the shrimp.
18:42 Okay, let's talk about this company.
18:44 Since 2019, it has been quite experienced
18:48 in developing the fishing sector.
18:51 Do you see any planned business expansion
18:54 outside the Bangka Belitung area?
18:57 It's not impossible, Mr. Pras.
19:00 But for now, we are still targeting Marina Bahari Sentosa,
19:05 a UDNG business in the Bangka Belitung island.
19:09 But it's not impossible.
19:11 You see, the market is quite large in Indonesia.
19:14 Even the government focuses on the regions outside Indonesia.
19:19 For example, in the East Indonesia.
19:21 What is the potential of the business in the future?
19:23 Then, is it just focused on Java region
19:26 that absorbs the products from the market?
19:29 For those who absorb, pay, they always come to our site.
19:38 Okay, so that's the mechanism.
19:41 Yes, that's how it works.
19:43 They come and bring our products back to the factory.
19:47 That's how it is, sir.
19:48 Yes, and in terms of the readiness of SDM itself
19:50 to ensure the use of technology,
19:53 we know that the energy to maintain the quality of water and so on
19:57 must be done continuously and every day.
19:59 How do you see this?
20:01 Of course, sir, we also run SDM and employ, sir.
20:08 We also have to adapt as a direction.
20:11 We also learn every day, sir.
20:13 So, that's something that has to be done, sir.
20:18 So, of course, we must continue to adapt with the technology
20:23 that can be an opportunity for our operational company.
20:27 And in terms of biotechnology too, sir.
20:31 Okay, so, your optimism looks forward to the future of FresherOne
20:34 and also the business sector that was still very open.
20:37 How do you see the opportunity?
20:39 I'm very optimistic, sir.
20:41 I'm very optimistic.
20:43 I'm sure that Indonesia can be the first one,
20:46 the top one, not only the top five, but the first rank.
20:50 Okay, how about you, Mr. Brandon?
20:52 Do you see the future of FresherOne technology
20:55 which will later seem to protect the technology from the financial sector?
20:59 Yes, I'm sure I'm optimistic about that.
21:02 As Mr. Vincent said,
21:04 we can also target not only for FresherOne,
21:07 but for Indonesia, we can be number one
21:09 in the aquaculture industry.
21:14 And for the SDM itself,
21:17 we don't just sit behind the chair,
21:19 but we come to the field every day.
21:21 We also help our employees,
21:24 we can feed them and also control the water quality.
21:28 We read the data every day.
21:30 So, it's like we're involved, right?
21:32 We're involved.
21:33 Not just behind the table, but directly to the science.
21:36 We're the people on the field.
21:38 We wear the jacket for IDX.
21:40 So, it's not wrong if I say that
21:42 if we talk about other techniques,
21:44 it's not enough.
21:46 It seems like 30 minutes is not enough.
21:48 Okay, success for Agro Bahari Nusantara TBK
21:51 which has been on the Indonesian FEC's agenda today.
21:54 Thank you very much, Mr. Vincent, Mr. Brandon.
21:56 Thank you.
21:57 And success for the future of FresherOne.
21:59 Thank you.
