00:32 And yet it turns out now, 10 years, 12 years later,

00:40 to get that extra edge and to hone their craft.

00:47 I'd just turned 19 and I was in a very dark, sad place.

00:55 Didn't know what I wanted to do with my life at that point.
00:58 But then there was an option for the Academy in January or February 2011.
