00:00 Hello, this is Paul Gentleman from GWR with some important travel information if you're
00:04 planning on travelling by train over the next few days.
00:07 Storm Ciaran is due to pass through the GWR network region from this evening and into
00:14 tomorrow and we are expecting disruption to rail services as a result of the high wind
00:19 speeds and heavy rainfall that's been forecast.
00:24 We've already made some changes to our services in Devon and Cornwall.
00:27 I'm afraid from 8 o'clock this evening until 12 midday tomorrow we are asking people in
00:32 Cornwall not to travel.
00:35 This includes on the rail replacement service that is in operation in that area due to the
00:41 planned engineering works currently taking place.
00:44 There's also changes between Exeter and Plymouth to train services.
00:50 If you want to travel earlier, please do so.
00:52 Your ticket will be valid.
00:55 We are expecting services to be disrupted tomorrow as well.
00:58 If you are planning on travelling tomorrow, please do check before you travel.
01:03 If you've got a ticket for tomorrow, it is actually valid for today if you wish to travel
01:07 earlier, and it is also valid for Friday.
