00:05 And we started in 2018.
00:07 Louise was actually the first one.
00:09 She was running the park runs then.
00:12 I said, "Come on, Mum, you can do this as well."
00:16 And then obviously she did 100 under her own steam.
00:21 And then after that, from the wheelchair.
00:25 I suppose it's in support of the park run community.
00:28 The number of people who pushed Louise over the 200
00:32 has always been someone willing to do it to help us out.
00:36 It was fun once.
00:38 A couple of faster runners lined up
00:40 and they ended up doing 25 minutes.
00:42 I couldn't even keep up with them.
00:45 It's very inclusive. It's really a family effort.
