00:11 All as the conflict draws nearer and nearer.
00:13 The camp houses hundreds of civilians living in tents, all centered around a United Nations
00:17 run aid area.
00:19 Reuters reports that in the last 24 hours alone, Israeli fighter jets have struck some
00:23 450 targets in Gaza, all of which Israel claims have been controlled by Hamas forces.
00:28 Meanwhile on the ground, they have reportedly captured a Hamas compound, with both of the
00:33 operations claiming the lives of dozens of people.
00:36 That's according to Palestinian authorities.
00:38 Gazan health officials say the Palestinian death toll has risen to some 9,770 over the
00:43 weekend.
00:44 It's a number which continues to grow by the hour, both as Israel continues its bombings
00:48 and as the humanitarian situation worsens, as water scarcity continues to be an issue
00:53 for refugees.
00:54 Protests against the arming of Israel have begun to garner support all over the world,
00:59 including in the US.
