00:06 The focus of the operation is the Mabuhay Lane, which serves as an alternative road during the holiday season.
00:13 The strike force, led by MMDA General Manager Procopio Lipana and Traffic Discipline Office Director for Enforcement Victor Nunez,
00:22 will consist of motorcycle-riding traffic enforcers deployed to areas with reported illegal parking.
00:29 The team will conduct regular clearing operations and will be equipped with body-worn cameras and hand-held ticketing devices.
00:36 The public is encouraged to report areas with a high concentration of illegally parked vehicles.
