01:21 if we are not united from our base.
01:24 And you know I'm on record asking those
01:28 who did not support the president in the last election
01:31 to come and work with us.
01:34 It cannot be that I'm asking those who are not with us
01:37 to come and work with us when those of us
01:40 who we were together, we are fighting.
01:43 It doesn't make sense.
01:45 I don't think even anybody would want to join a house
01:48 that is fighting, that looks divided.
01:51 Our bursaries moving forward will be disseminated
01:54 at the world level.
01:57 And disseminated at the world level,
02:00 your excellency, meaning that
02:03 the member of county assembly has the freedom
02:06 together with the committee to go
02:09 identify the beneficiaries because they are the ones on ground.
02:12 Once they have identified the beneficiaries,
02:15 they can go ahead then and allocate
02:18 the bursaries together with the
02:21 committees. And then the member
02:24 of the county
02:27 assembly will arrange
02:30 in consultation with us at the time
02:33 when they are ready to issue the bursary.
02:36 And when the bursaries are ready to be issued, the only thing they need to do
02:39 as they issue the bursary is invite the governor.
02:42 When the issue comes, we just pay a visit to them,
02:45 say fine, you are giving the bursaries,
02:48 we greet the people, they go ahead to issue the bursaries,
02:51 your excellency. We have no problem with that issue, the bursaries.
02:54 So that, your excellency, is our commitment.
