This Is Madness! Eric Was Misdiagnosed Or Slowly Poisoned Bold and the Beautiful
Transcript
00:00 The soap opera seems to be playing with our minds and hearts with Eric Forrester's case.
00:05 As we all know, Dr. Colby did mention that he only has six months to live,
00:09 but we think that there may be more to the mystery.
00:12 First of all, we have no idea what his diagnosis is,
00:15 but the writers may be just trying to save themselves from the internet.
00:19 Regardless, still, all of a sudden, finding out that our beloved character has six or
00:25 even fewer months to be on screen is a little heartbreaking and suspicious.
00:29 Also, Forresters know a lot of doctors who are very close to them,
00:33 one being Eric's own daughter, Bridget Forrester,
00:36 so taking just the word of an unknown doctor is a little reckless too.
00:39 For now, Eric just wants to live his remaining days to the fullest,
00:44 and he hasn't told anyone, except for the three who already know about his condition.
00:48 Anything yet.
00:49 But his secret is slipping out, and it's only a matter of time before everyone finds out,
00:54 and when they do, no one's going to sit idly to see when Eric dies.
00:58 The doctor took a long time to make the diagnosis, and like Donna pointed out once,
01:04 Richard and the others may want Eric to see a specialist as well.
01:07 Bridget, on the other hand, can't just watch by,
01:10 so we're sure she'll try to figure out what the cause is at all costs.
01:14 So, we think there may have been a misdiagnosis.
01:17 It's just that Eric's situation does not look that grim.
01:22 Sure, he has tremors and is coughing blood now and then,
01:25 but that doesn't look like he has stage 4 cancer or something.
01:29 So, maybe when Finn comes to visit his grandpa-in-law, he may notice something unusual,
01:34 something that Eric's doctors may have missed.
01:36 Perhaps Finn will notice that Eric is indeed not in good health,
01:41 and his condition is very serious, but it's not fatal.
01:43 It may always be a lie, Finnigan.
01:47 Bridget is a must since she won't let her father suffer without trying herself.
01:52 But we have another suggestion.
01:53 What if it's Sheila Carter?
01:55 Sheila was once a nurse, and her sources and knowledge may be a little outdated,
01:59 but medicine changes, and symptoms don't.
02:02 Not to mention she's played with illegal medicines a lot,
02:05 and she may still have some skills to make a diagnosis.
02:09 That is later confirmed by Finn, Lee, Bridget, or a specialist.
02:13 So, it probably is a misdiagnosis, and if not,
02:17 maybe there is going to be a miracle cure for Eric's case.
02:21 Maybe some kind of treatment that hasn't been put to the test yet,
02:24 but Eric may want to give it a try anyway, and come out unscathed and fully recovered.
