00:38 We just talked to President Joe Biden

00:40 and Vice President Kamala Harris.

00:42 We just told them that this is an election.

00:57 The people have chosen, and Lord knows I'm proud,

01:02 but Philadelphia cannot be successful

01:07 without an immense amount of support

01:11 from the White House and our Congress.

01:14 We need the support.

01:17 Both of them said that they are prepared and they are ready.

01:20 This is what we're gonna make sure that we do.

01:24 We're gonna make sure that we put people

01:26 on the path to self-sufficiency.

01:29 You heard me talk about making our public health and safety

01:32 our number-one priority.
