00:10 because it doesn't define who you are.

00:14 I get upset about talking about it,

00:18 and because I was in denial,

00:23 I was ashamed that I couldn't speak, you know, so.

00:29 You've got nothing to be ashamed of.

00:36 Honestly, you've done so much to inspire other people.

00:39 I know, Ben, you've had experiences, haven't you,

00:41 where you've spoken to people who are literally

00:45 no longer ashamed of what they're experiencing

00:47 because of the way that you've spoken out about it.

00:50 Yeah, that's been the good thing about all this.

00:54 Ben was behind me coming out

00:57 and doing the documentary and talking about it.

01:04 and you get it off your chest

01:06 and realise that everyone's behind you,

01:11 family, friends, are all with you all the way,
