00:00 Good news, the low pressure area that was seen yesterday in the canlura of Zamboanga del

00:18 Norte dissipated or completely disappeared.

00:19 Because of that, a large part of the country will experience a brighter time.

00:24 The low pressure is still weak and it is only reaching the extreme northern Luzon.

00:30 It is still accompanied by the rise of the Easter Leaves, especially in the southern Luzon,

00:34 Visayas and Mindanao.

00:35 Based on the data of Metro Weather, the chance of rain is low in almost the entire Luzon,

00:41 except for some parts of Aurora and Quezon in the morning.

00:45 By the afternoon, there is already scattered rain in some parts of Mindoro Provinces, Palawan

00:51 and some parts of Ilocos Region.

00:53 Here in Metro Manila, the possibility of rain is also low.

00:57 But the weather forecast will still bring a rain shower if the house will be exposed

01:01 to the sun and if there will be a localised thunderstorm.

01:05 For our fellow citizens in Visayas, there is a low to moderate rain that will be experienced

01:11 in the Panay Island, Negros Provinces yesterday.

01:15 If you are from Mindanao, it is possible that there will be a rain shower in the morning

01:19 in the western portions.

01:21 But when it comes to the afternoon or night, there is already rain in the northern Mindanao,

01:25 Soxargen and Davao Region.

01:28 The expected rain will be heavy in some places, so be prepared for possible flooding or

01:33 landslides.

01:34 As experienced in Aplaya, Davao City, some residents were flooded because of the water

01:40 that was leaking into their houses.

01:43 The water quickly rose and reached Bewang.

01:46 Residents immediately fled but some were trapped and needed to be rescued.

01:52 There was a landslide in Coronadal City where some roads were covered with mud and big rocks

01:59 along with a rope.

02:01 It is possible that the ground on the side of the mountain softened because of the strong

02:06 rain shower.

02:07 No one was hurt in the incident.
