TA Global is poised to soft launch its latest high-rise serviced apartment development named Amaya Residences and an upcoming mall called DA Central, in Damansara Avenue this month.

01:45 The master plan so far that we've developed
01:48 is about 11 acres, made up of Ativo Plaza, which
01:53 is a retail and strata office.
01:56 It's sold out and driving right now.
01:59 That's about five acres.
02:02 And then we have Azalea and Ativo Suites,
02:05 but both residential, both about three acres each.
02:10 The first phase is 15 acres.
02:11 And we already have planned to have a mall called
02:17 Antivionx, which will also be connected to transit, MRT,
02:26 and also two office towers.
02:29 One's the strata office, and one that TA Global will probably
02:33 own, which also have a hotel component in it.
02:36 And also, we will launch three service apartments
02:40 on top of it.
02:41 And also, we'll have senior living, and also
02:47 a wellness center that's connected to the mall.
02:50 Phase two will have performing arts.
02:53 It will also have a multipurpose sports center.
