00:07 Welcome to Bachelor's Cooking
00:09 Today we will teach you how to make Soya Manchurian
00:12 Yes, very rich and healthy dish
00:14 For this we have taken soya nuggets
00:16 which we have boiled and added some salt to it and drained the water
00:21 Since this is a Chinese preparation, we have taken ginger julienne, garlic
00:29 and corn flour mixed in water
00:31 Other than this, we have taken regular Chinese sauces like soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar
00:37 and other things
00:39 Other than this, we will use some capsicum and cabbage
00:42 which is often used in Chinese preparation
00:45 So let's start making Soya Manchurian
00:47 For this, first we have to marinate the soya nuggets
00:51 To marinate, we will add 1 ginger julienne
00:57 along with this, we will add some ginger and garlic
01:03 Now we will add 1 to 1.5 tablespoon of red chilli sauce
01:10 Other than this, we will add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
01:25 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce
01:27 along with this, we will add 1 tablespoon of green chilli sauce
01:38 If you like it spicy, you can add more
01:42 and a little bit of vinegar, about half a tablespoon
01:49 and mix it well
01:58 so that all the sauces are mixed in the nuggets
02:03 and the ginger garlic flavor is also added
02:06 and after mixing it well, leave it for 15 to 20 minutes
02:12 so that the nuggets are well flavored
02:15 and after that, we will deep fry it
02:25 to make it crisp
02:27 but since we are making a healthy dish, we will not deep fry it
02:32 our Manchurian will not be deep fried
02:37 so let's leave it for 15 minutes and start the next process
02:42 First, we will add about 1 tablespoon of oil
02:47 and after that, we will add 1 to 1.5 inch of ginger julienne
02:58 and add the nuggets in it and fry it a little
03:13 cook it on high flame
03:21 and add 5 garlic cloves
03:28 do not burn it, just cook it a little
03:32 our ginger garlic is cooked, now we will add the marinated soya nuggets
03:41 and cook it on high flame
03:49 and add about 100 grams of cabbage
03:52 Chinese preparation always keep the vegetables raw
04:01 so never overcook it
04:03 turn the flame to high
04:05 and now we will add 1 to 1.5 tablespoon of soya sauce
04:18 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce
04:21 mix it well
04:33 and now we will add green chili sauce
04:39 add 1 tablespoon of green chili sauce
04:46 and add about half tablespoon of vinegar
04:51 mix it well
05:00 and to give richness to our dish, we will add some food color
05:09 it will give a nice color and taste
05:12 so add food color in it
05:15 and now we will add salt
05:24 add salt as per taste, keep a little less because sauces have salt
05:37 add 1 tablespoon of capsicum
05:42 add it later, otherwise it will lose its crispness
05:47 our soya nuggets are ready
05:51 but if you want to make it gravy, then add water
05:56 add water as much as you want
06:03 and now cook it on high flame
06:07 on induction cooker
06:10 and let it cook till it gets one boil
06:17 so that all the flavors of sauces and ginger garlic goes inside the nuggets
06:25 cover it and let it cook on high flame till it gets one boil
06:31 so it's one boil now
06:33 mix it well
06:36 and now to thicken the gravy, we will add cornflour
06:44 which we have soaked in cold water
06:46 it will thicken the gravy
06:49 and cook it for 1 minute more so that the rawness of cornflour goes away
06:55 spread it all over
06:58 mix it well
07:00 mix it well
07:13 after adding cornflour, cook it for 1 to 1.5 minutes more
07:17 so that the gravy gets thick and rich
07:24 and now garnish it with ginger julienne
07:29 and serve it
07:31 let's wait for 1 minute and serve it
