00:13 Yes, Tandoori Chicken is also on the Tawa
00:15 So for this we need Chicken

00:20 Curd
00:22 Red Chilli
00:23 Garam Masala
00:26 Coriander Powder
00:27 Salt
00:29 and a piece of Ginger
00:31 So let's start making Tawa Tandoori Chicken
00:34 First we have to marinate the Chicken
00:36 I have about 200 grams of Chicken
00:39 Let's start marinating it
00:41 First we will add Kashmiri Red Chilli
00:44 Approximately half a spoon
00:47 After that
00:51 We will add a very little amount of Turmeric
00:55 Just a pinch of Turmeric
00:57 After that we will add the same Garam Masala that we made earlier
01:04 Remember to use the same Garam Masala
01:07 If you don't have it then you can use the Tandoori Chicken Masala that you get from the market
01:11 Approximately half a spoon of Garam Masala
01:16 After that we will add a very little amount of Coriander Powder
01:27 Approximately a teaspoon
01:29 Now we will add a little bit of Tandoori Colour
01:37 This helps in making the Chicken look beautiful
01:41 Add a little bit or else it will become bitter
01:44 After that we will squeeze half a lemon
01:49 Half a lemon in it
01:53 Lemon tenderizes the Chicken
01:55 This helps in cooking the Chicken faster
01:58 Now we will grate a big clove of Garlic
02:04 If you don't have a big clove then you can use 2 small cloves
02:09 And in half quantity of Garlic
02:16 Half of the Garlic that you have taken
02:18 Ginger
02:20 Take a little bit or else the flavour will be too strong

02:30 Now we will add Curd
02:35 Approximately 2 spoons of Curd
02:38 Don't take too much Curd
02:41 2 tablespoons is enough

02:46 Salt as per taste
02:49 Make sure that the Chicken is cooked properly

02:55 So add less Salt
