00:57 our first year, you know, obviously it's my second time coming back here, so it wasn't a continuation

01:20 new players, it's a new culture that's trying to be put into place here, you know, so I think
01:25 the expectations were a little bit high early on, you know, with, with coach coming here,

01:34 it's the NFL and it's about winning, you know, and I wanted us to play better early and it wasn't
01:39 all bad early, but obviously, you know, nationally and the stories and the perception, it was,
01:46 it was pretty bad, but it takes time to find the right players and find the right scheme for your
01:52 players, it's all about players first, you know, and obviously coming back and keeping some things
01:58 they did well last year and bringing some new things in, it took, it took time to kind of mesh
02:02 it all, the communication and find the right players and having some guys down for the first
02:06 couple weeks, that hurt us also, but again, no excuses, you have to win games and you stick with
