01:34 and Eastern Seaboards of Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and the Maybisaya.

01:39 At the moment, we are also monitoring low-pressure areas

01:43 outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:46 We are not removing the possibility of this becoming a severe storm

01:50 in the next 24 to 48 hours.
