00:00 >> What do you see from this ASU offense?
00:05 >> It's a game plan offense, so might not know what's gonna come, but
00:08 you have to be prepared for everything that you see on film.
00:10 So just watching film and just game planning based off that.
00:14 >> How do you feel like you did second half of the TSC last week,
00:18 especially coming after Ira Jackson, who was a little bit down with an injury?
00:23 >> I feel like I stepped up.
00:24 They threw it to me about, I think, just once.
00:28 It was an incomplete pass.
00:29 So I feel like I did good.
00:30 >> How unusual is it when you face a team where they put a tight end or
00:34 running back there, but you have to respect the fast, and then actually
00:37 throw the ball, is that sort of a strange dynamic in terms of the versatility that
00:41 they do?
00:43 >> I feel like you have to just be prepared every play as if they're going at you.
00:46 So basically, your mindset has to be, they're coming at me this play,
00:51 whether or not you're lined up on the receiver.
00:53 But they do a lot of crazy stuff, so just gotta be ready for it.
00:56 >> Swing and gate, the play style, the formation,
01:01 have you ever gone against something like that repeatedly,
01:04 the way that ASU did it last year against UCLA?
01:06 >> Never.
01:07 >> What are the difficulties of playing against that?
01:12 >> Maybe difficulties for some teams is not game planning it or
01:15 not being lined up correctly to it.
01:17 But I feel like we have a good game plan for that, so yeah.
01:21 >> I feel like Dan said on Monday, some of this stuff that Kenny's doing goes
01:26 back to kinda what high school coaches do when schools have one really good athlete
01:31 and he gets hurt and they gotta figure out unique, crazy ways.
01:34 Not trying to say that they're not good offensively, but
01:36 do you feel like that resembles high school football?
01:38 It's just, you see crazy stuff in high school football.
01:42 Have you seen traits of that with his background?
01:45 >> With his background, yes, they showed us a lot of stuff they used to do.
01:49 But as far as for high school, yeah,
01:52 you have to find ways to get your best player the ball.
01:55 So I understand that, but it just depends on who's the coach is and
01:59 he's the coach that does that type of stuff.
