00:10 We are now inside the Philippine Air Responsibility, and we are monitoring the low-pressure area.

00:15 We are expecting a long-distance 935-kilometer east of Northeastern Mindanao.

00:21 Within 24 hours, the chance of a typhoon to occur is low.

00:26 It is a very low-pressure area, but it will still be monitored by agencies in the coming days.

00:31 For now, it is allowed in some parts of the country to use trough or extension of low-pressure area,

00:36 aside from the shoreline or where cold winds and hot Easterleaves are blowing.

00:41 The Bicol region is particularly affected, the Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Caraga region, Davao de Oro, Davao Oriental, Palawan, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.

00:53 The whole region is expected to be affected, while local thunderstorms are expected to be expected throughout the country.

00:58 In the next few hours, a large part of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will be affected,
