00:00 Last week we had to go and get hay for our horses
00:02 and on our way to go get it,
00:03 the guy told us that he only had about 50 bales left,
00:06 even though we had asked him to hold 200 for us.
00:09 We were supposed to go to Kalispell, Montana to get it,
00:11 but ultimately decided that trip wasn't worth it
00:13 because that wasn't enough hay.
00:15 So we went to Miles City instead and got 175 bales.
00:20 We were in the pickup for around 11 to 12 hours total,
00:22 I think, but we did make a lot of stops for bathroom breaks
00:26 and to stretch our legs, especially with the kiddos.
00:29 And honestly, both of our girls
00:30 really like riding in the vehicle
00:31 and our toddler was especially excited to get to go
00:34 because she loves road trip snacks.
00:36 Once we got there though,
00:37 it took quite a while to load the hay
00:38 and then we had to go to a local hardware store
00:40 and get all of the material to strap everything down
00:43 because we used a flatbed trailer.
00:45 And when all of that was finally complete,
00:47 we went and had Mexican food
00:48 and then I went into City Brew and got a mocha frat
00:51 because City Brew, Starbucks, those kinds of things
00:54 are at least three hours away from us
00:56 and so it's always a treat to get it.
00:58 I tried this fancy water also.
01:00 Does anyone else like trying different kinds of water
01:02 because I'm always interested to see how they taste?
01:05 And then we started the long drive back home
01:07 and I spent the next day deep cleaning our house
01:09 and finally deep cleaned Westland's room.
01:11 Come with us to go buck our bucking bulls.
01:15 This Sunday, my husband, two kiddos,
01:17 and I headed to Rocky Boy, Montana
01:19 and met up with my in-laws
01:21 where we bucked the last eight of our bucking bulls.
01:25 On the way down there, of course,
01:26 we had to stop and get coffee
01:27 since we were headed to town
01:28 and it's a busy time for us at work
01:31 so I tried to get as much time possible
01:33 working on the road as I could
01:35 with what little service we have up here.
01:37 Excited because we got to buck one of our horses
01:39 for the first time.
01:40 He did pretty good so that was nice
01:42 but this made for a pretty late day
01:44 so we headed home, stopped and had pizza hut with my in-laws
01:47 and then as soon as we got in the house,
01:48 I got the girls cleaned up,
01:50 read Westland a Bible story before bedtime,
01:52 got these cute little pajamas on her
01:55 and then I got myself cleaned up
01:56 went to bed for the night.
