00:14 >> It was, yeah, it was, I think our first snap,
00:17 they did something we hadn't seen on film yet, so it was a good job mixing it up.
00:22 I think we just, just gotta execute better, can't turn the ball over.
00:26 It's really on us at the end of the day to do our job better, me in particular.
00:31 So yeah, just frustrating.
00:33 >> No first downs in the second and third quarters.
00:36 What do you feel like was the primary problem there in the middle of the game?
00:40 >> Yeah, I think we're learning how important every possession is and
00:44 just how much we have to lock in on every play and can't go backwards and
00:49 try to stay ahead of the stick.
00:51 So I think we really gotta convert better on third down, but
00:55 before that, gotta do a good job of getting to third and
00:57 short, cuz third down is hard to convert.
01:00 So yeah, we just gotta do a better job staying ahead of the sticks.
01:03 >> Are they doing anything different in the second half?
01:08 Obviously, you played well in the first half, second half, a few turnovers.
01:11 Were Dolphins defense doing anything different?
01:13 >> Yeah, like we said, they were switching up a little bit and
01:17 giving us some different looks.
01:18 But they also, on a lot of stuff, played their base stuff that we saw on film.
01:22 And so in any game, you're gonna get a combination of things you've seen.
01:25 And for the most part, some new wrinkles.
01:27 And so it wasn't anything crazy.
01:29 It was stuff that we've talked about before.
01:31 And yeah, just gotta execute better.
01:33 >> On the interception where you were being sacked,
01:36 were you trying to throw the ball away?
01:37 Did you see someone that you're trying to get to?
01:39 >> I saw Jacoby, and I was trying to throw his fourth down.
01:41 I was just trying to make a play.
01:43 And yeah, I drifted too far in the pocket there.
01:46 And I just gotta do a better job of not getting us in that situation.
01:50 And then once I'm in that situation, gotta be, just make better decisions.
01:56 >> Aiden, I know that you're not a dual threat guy.
01:58 But do you need to maybe trust your legs at times to take off and
02:03 run a little bit?
02:04 Do you think that would help for not allowing teams just to tee off on you?
02:08 >> Yeah, I think I have to probably not be as predictable and
02:11 like you said, use my legs a little bit.
02:13 I think, again, if I do my job better, we hope to just be in better situations and
02:18 not be in situations where I need to do that.
02:20 But yeah, all around, just have to play better, passing the ball,
02:23 decision making, all that stuff.
02:26 >> What did you see in the last reception?
02:28 Did you feel you had him, or what did you see?
02:29 >> Yeah, I think 20 some seconds left in the timeouts.
02:32 I knew at some point we're gonna have to take a shot,
02:35 cuz we needed a touchdown.
02:36 So I saw Trey had a little step and hung it up there too much.
02:41 The defender made a really good play.
02:43 And so I think we were a little messed up in our alignment to start.
02:48 I didn't communicate well enough getting into the huddle.
02:49 And so some better communication would have gotten to the play better and
02:53 all around would have been better.
02:54 So we were a little messed up on the play, but tried to take a shot.
02:57 I know we had to get a chunk at some point and
02:59 hung it up there too much and he made a good play.
03:02 >> I don't know, Charlie, but do you say this is a growing pain part of the process
03:06 for you as a rookie, or what's your first reaction to obviously tough?
03:10 >> Yeah, I'm learning how hard the NFL is and how hard it is to win.
03:14 And just kudos to our defense, just played so well in the second half,
03:18 kept us in the game.
03:19 I think they scored six points in the second half.
03:22 Obviously, they don't think we scored.
03:24 So our defense did an awesome job keeping us in the game.
03:26 It's really gonna come down to our offense and
03:28 watching the film to just be better all around.
03:31 And it starts with me.
