00:27 Could you introduce yourself? Hi, I'm Chloe. I'm the owner of The Hideaway on Highland Road.
00:32 And tell us a little bit more about The Hideaway. So The Hideaway is a multifactorial cafe.
00:38 So we're specialising in being ultra dog friendly. So we're focusing on catering for humans,
00:45 kids, but also particular dogs. So we will end up having a dog grooming salon,
00:52 a dog food studio as well. And then people can sit, have a coffee, they can have their dog groomed.
00:58 And then they could always go into the photography studio as well for a little photo shoot.
01:02 And where did the desire to open a dog cafe come from?
01:06 So I have another little dog business where I make natural handmade dog treats.
01:11 I've got a harness selection. So ever since I started doing that, my family and I always thought
01:17 it might be a good idea to branch out a bit more, but we never thought it would actually happen.
01:22 It has happened. So it's kind of just a progression from that really.
01:27 And so have you done all this on your own or is it a family affair?
01:30 Very much a family business. So there's a few of us involved.
01:36 And any plans for the future? Would you like to perhaps see another cafe somewhere else in town or another town perhaps?
01:43 Who knows? If this takes off and is successful, then there's definitely potential.
01:49 We're open to expanding as much as possible and reaching out to as many people as we can really.
01:56 And what's the message to the local community who perhaps don't know you're here?
02:00 Come on down, have a coffee, bring the dogs.
02:02 Exactly. We're very accessible as well. We have loads of space.
02:07 So we very, very warmly welcome push chairs, wheelchairs, walkers, many, many dogs at once.
02:17 We also actually welcome reactive dogs and larger dogs, whereas many other cafes can feel a bit restricted taking their dogs.
02:24 So we're very open and accessible. So yeah, do pop by.
02:29 All right, lovely. Well, thank you for talking to us.
02:31 Thank you very much.
02:32 Delicious.
02:39 Yeah.
02:40 That's right.
