00:12 Yes, Connie, the Pistons of Cebu were hit by a wave that paralyzed the transportation in the Tigil Pasada today.

00:24 At 5 in the morning, the Tigil Pasada in Cebu City began. But notice that it was left out of the announcement of the Pistons of Cebu.

00:32 There are PUJs that are still on their way this morning.

00:36 GMA Regional TV caught a few members of the Pistons talking to PUJ drivers who were with them during their transport strike.

00:45 According to the PUJ drivers, the group is fighting against the plan to face out the traditional PUJs at the end of this year.

00:55 But they say their daily needs are heavier, especially their families.

01:01 That's why they are still on their way.

01:04 But other drivers admitted that they don't know that there is a Tigil Pasada today.

01:10 According to Greg Perez, the chairman of the Pistons of Cebu, some PUJ drivers were talking to him

01:16 and he allowed them to pass by for a few hours so that they can use the money for their daily needs, including rice.

01:24 The Pistons of Cebu have 200 members who travel to metro cities.

01:29 Perez added that they are not forced to join the transport strike,

01:34 but he insisted that it is important for them to show their weakness, not just in the main issues in the transportation sector.
