00:19 due to the bad weather of the recent typhoons.

00:24 Back to normal operations here at Manila North Harbor Terminal were completed by the Philippine Coast Guard last night.

00:30 No sail order was issued due to the bad weather in Mindanao and Visayas.

00:34 More than 5,000 passengers were unable to leave the port of four large passenger ships

00:39 who also left last night.

00:41 As of now, passengers arriving on the Iloilo and Makolod ships without a dock are the ones you see behind me.
