Your Christmas Wishlist and Initial Plans
Leeds locals reveal what they're planning to get up to this Christmas and what they'd like to see under the tree.

00:00 My initial plans are, we have a list, I've got four children, so we have a spreadsheet
00:06 and we make a list so we've got equal presents for everybody. As for what I want for Christmas,
00:13 actually I'm learning to play the flute, so I've kind of planted a seed already that I'd
00:18 like a new flute. And what I'll be gifting, just generally what I'll be gifting, I am
00:26 looking for Leeds United merchandise for my husband, but hopefully he won't be watching
00:30 this. And yeah, the kids I'm just browsing and seeing, we've got a few ideas of them
00:38 but yeah, just browsing. Probably working at the Bueller shop in Tongue. I'd probably
00:47 want Leeds special tickets, that's mine. Oh that's mine as well. Probably working as well
00:55 but spending time with my family and my friends. And I also want Leeds for my Leeds first ticket
01:00 for Christmas. Pretty similar, working and then just for my family and the Leeds first
01:07 ticket. I'm going to have first Christmas with my partner and actually his children,
01:13 so I hope it's going to be smooth and fun and no tears and all that. I'm not doing the
01:19 cooking so I'm very, very excited because he's going to cook something special. I'm
01:24 looking forward to receiving maybe just some nice socks, but then as I say that, if my
01:29 partner just gave me nice socks I would be disappointed. So I hope he's going to give
01:33 me something that I've not thought of. I'd really like to see some snow. I guess everyone
01:39 likes to see snow at some point. But at the same time, I really, my plan for Christmas
01:45 is I'm going to be helping around in the church and hopefully if I could get it in time I'll
01:52 be sending some gifts back home to my family. I don't usually ask for stuff, but if I were
01:57 to choose, then I don't know, maybe just a GoPro because I like to record stuff. So that's
02:02 about it, you know. Not much. It's a bit of a cop out really when you buy vouchers for
02:11 people, but you know, they can buy what they want then because you never quite know and
02:16 size and all the rest of it. So yeah, it's an easy Christmas. You don't have to have
02:23 a sack anymore. And as far as food's concerned, you know, it's just the traditional turkey
02:31 and it's funny isn't it how turkey and sprouts, it's about the only time of the year I have
02:37 a, and a lot of people are in the same boat, gravy boat. But yeah, nice turkey. I don't
02:48 know what vegans do. Maybe they have an onion shaped as a turkey. Perhaps.
