00:04 on each level, and we have four levels for the building.

00:08 We have more than 2,000 individuals working here.

00:12 A lot, thousands of robots as well.

00:14 We're shipping millions of items a week,

00:19 and we've got roughly 30 million items

00:22 in stock here, ready to sell.

00:24 Black Friday's really exciting.

00:26 So for us, the period from Black Friday

00:28 through to Christmas is the busiest time of the year.

00:31 So we spend 10 months getting ready for this.

00:34 We're expecting it all to run super smoothly,

00:37 but we're really busy, and it's really good fun time.

00:39 So we do a lot of fun activities

00:41 with the individuals who are working here.
