00:12 often while I'm trying to teach myself about unsafe conditions going on within the school.
00:19 So it's things like doors being kicked in as you're trying to teach,
00:24 students breaking into lessons, causing significant damage around school,
00:30 intimidating staff, intimidating other students.
00:34 We've had to deal with incidences of verbal assault, physical assault, sexual assault against staff
00:42 and staff have now had enough.
00:44 And most importantly we need to protect the environment that our students are learning in.
00:51 It has to be protected.
