00:52 This event has been held in Sheffield.
00:53 It would be great to be held here more often.
00:55 And it's great to see that everyone is trying
00:57 to push everything forward for the region
00:59 of engineering and manufacturing.
01:00 - Training is really important and the next generation.
01:04 And we need to understand what's going on
01:06 and bringing the next generation along.
01:08 And we've also understood really where we need to go
01:10 with digital technologies.
01:11 And actually we need to take some action.
01:13 We need to do something.
01:14 - We've sponsored the event through Made Smart Today.
01:16 And I found it a really useful place
01:19 where a lot of great ideas have come together
01:22 about industry four, skills, and the experience
01:26 and the technologies needed to bring the region forward.

01:57 Lots of great businesses, loads of great conversations
02:00 have been had and I think people have already,
02:03 we've seen businesses and we've seen multipliers
02:05 getting together, having those conversations,
02:08 putting new ideas out there and actually hopefully
02:11 coming away with new strategies, new developments
02:16 and a new way forward really to make sure
02:18 that the manufacturers, particularly here in Yorkshire,
02:21 but across the North and again, the UK generally
02:23 can take advantage of these opportunities,
02:25 take advantage of these global opportunities
02:28 to be able to ensure that they can continue
02:31 to invest in the businesses, create jobs,
02:33 create new jobs, take advantage of those new jobs
02:37 and really build a sort of more prosperous future.
