00:34 I started big this year on recycling and getting second hand goods.

00:40 We don't make money short, we do Zara clothes. Getting a brand new product at a really good

00:45 price. We do good quality second hand clothes. It's all good for the planet, not only are

00:53 we recycling and helping with that, we're saving money. It's coming up to Christmas.

00:59 Great bargains in here, from our own source by Oxfam range to clothing to jewellery to

01:06 knick knacks, we have it all. The customer gets a really good deal and the charity gets

01:12 a good deal and it takes money into much needed people that we can then use. Without it, I

01:21 mean, we'd be making a lot less money than we are. And then when people come in for the

01:27 likes of a Zara product, they then realise that we do our own, our cards and all our

01:33 source by Oxfam stuff that comes from families and that's how we make their money. Introducing

01:39 that into them just helps getting the younger person in, because that's who our clothes

01:46 are aimed at. And then they go and tell their mates and then they all come in and the younger

01:52 generation are far better at this recycling than we are. They've got it nailed now, don't

01:59 call it charity shops, it's a recycling shop. Money's tight, everybody's looking for a bargain,

02:06 they can get a lot more in a charity shop than they can anywhere else and especially

02:12 with here, they're getting good quality products. A customer that comes in three times a year

02:17 from Barcelona to buy her Zara clothes, because it's cheaper for her to buy them there and

02:24 pay for her freight here and back than it is to buy them in Zara itself. So, she can

02:32 do it, everybody can.
