00:07 The second nationwide gift-giving administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is back in action.
00:14 This is the return of happiness that was achieved in the grounds of Malacanang.
00:20 Aside from the palace, almost 250 places in the country also joined the celebration.
00:26 Almost 17,000 children from different shelters and orphan centers came to the country to receive gifts.
00:33 President Marcos, First Lady Liza Marcos, DSWD and the private sector were the first to join the gift-giving.

00:48 That's why what you are doing, loving and caring for them is very important.

01:07 Meanwhile, supported by government agencies and other groups,
01:11 President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. gave amnesty proclamations to achieve long-term peace in the country.
01:20 This proclamation is appealing to rebels and insurgents who will return to the government.
01:26 These agencies include the National Security Council, Department of National Defense,
01:32 Office of the Presidential Advisor on the Peace Process, National Amnesty Commission,
01:37 Armed Forces of the Philippines, and the Moro Government.
01:41 The PNP also gave support to the President's amnesty grants.
01:46 This proclamation is also a welcome for the Moro Islamic Liberation Front or MILF.
