00:08 terms of your normal fastball tonight that you have had the last couple weeks?
00:14 Or just really great opponent and needed to be better overall?
00:18 >> Yeah, I feel like it's more of the second thing.
00:21 They're a really good team and just for us, we need to attack the game.
00:25 It's a full 48 minute game and
00:27 we gotta play every minute of the game the way we wanna play.
00:30 >> And then, what'd you think about just pairing a few chat on the floor together?
00:34 I think all five of your assists went to him and
00:36 you had some nice in a play there.
00:39 >> Yeah, playing with a guy like Chet makes the game a lot easier.
00:42 He can hit shots on the other end, you can throw it up to him,
00:44 he can go catch it.
00:45 He's blocking shots down low if your man beats you.
00:49 So just playing with Chet overall just makes the game easier.
00:52 >> Partially because of the time you missed,
00:54 you guys haven't really done that, been out on the floor together.
00:57 When you were sitting and watching him, could you kind of look and
01:00 see ways you guys might be able to play off each other?
01:03 >> Yeah, like I said, Chet, he spaces the floor, he can drive,
01:07 he can defend one through five.
01:09 So I think being able to play next to him is an easy thing to do.
01:12 And I've always kind of just tried to talk to Chet.
01:15 With me, I haven't been in the league for a long time, but
01:19 when we play in a full season, I see things and I try to help him out.
01:21 And there's certain times when I try to talk to him just to help him with
01:24 some little things.
01:25 But playing with a guy like Chet is super easy.
01:27 >> Jay, well, earlier I asked you about, in the NBA,
01:30 there's only a place where you'll be an undersized big.
01:32 I wanted to ask you, when's the last time you played the four consistently?
01:36 Obviously, this is just trying something out with you and Chet.
01:38 But is this something that's sort of new to you?
01:41 >> Actually, I played the four my last year at Arkansas at the beginning of the year.
01:45 So it's not that new.
01:47 >> And then you've shown off a lot of just passing chops.
01:50 You had five assists tonight, just to Chet.
01:52 What do you attribute that to?
01:53 I mean, I know a lot of guys have a late growth spurt, but
01:56 it sounds like you've been a big most of your career.
01:58 >> Yeah, I'm just really just trying to read the game, playing slow,
02:03 reading the defense.
02:04 And then when you have guys that you're passing to that are making shots and
02:07 they can jump up and dunk the ball, super easy, it's easy to get assists.
