00:02 Here, the Chargers, a dog against Baltimore. If they lose this game, how
00:08 much longer could we see Brandon Staley on the sideline for LA?
00:11 Yeah, so my understanding is here is that he's got a year left on his contract.
00:15 Typically, the Chargers let the head coach finish the season, they make the
00:19 decision. They also don't, they typically either they extend the contract, where
00:24 you move on with someone who is one year left. It's very rare it happens, but it's
00:28 very rare for head coach to enter the last year's contract without an extension.
00:31 But look, they've underachieved. They should be way better than they are.
00:36 Offensively, they've been inconsistent, but the big problem here, guys, with
00:40 Brandon Staley is he's a coach from the defensive side of the football, and it
00:44 has not happened defensively. And as I understand it, he got everything he asked
00:48 for. Cornerback, pass rusher. He wanted guys with sort of bigger, he
00:55 wanted a bigger front seven, right? Yes. He took over, he got that. He got the
00:58 trade for Cleo Mack, okay? He's gotten everything he's asked for, it's not working.
