00:12 what made me change my current behavioral pattern,

00:16 like what made me decide to take up dating again.

00:20 And for me, it was because like I woke up one day before,

00:25 in that weird week between Christmas and New Year's,

00:29 I woke up one day, I was snuggling with my dog,

00:31 it was a lovely morning,

00:32 but I realized that I had built this great life for myself.

00:36 But if I did absolutely nothing different,

00:40 I was gonna wake up 30 years from now,

00:43 40 years from now, my life was gonna look exactly the same.

00:46 But because I woke up that day

00:49 and decided I wasn't content with my life,

00:50 I needed to change something, here we are.

00:54 So I guess what I'm trying to say is,

00:57 just because your life is a certain way,

00:59 it doesn't have to be, you can change it, or you can try.

01:05 I've personally set a goal for myself

01:08 of just getting out there for the next few months.

01:11 By spring, having changed my current set of circumstances

01:19 and that doesn't mean I expect by Easter

01:22 to be arm in arm with my new beau,

01:24 but it does mean that by spring,

01:26 I just don't want to be afraid to try anymore.

01:36 I'm going on my first date tonight

01:38 and I'm freaking out about it,

01:39 so let's figure out what I'm wearing.

01:40 I will tell you the only thing I know for sure

01:42 is that I will be wearing this coat because I love yellow,

01:44 it is my power color, do green mostly agrees.

01:47 Also, we're going to like a nerdy burger bar,

01:49 I've never been, but I'm excited.

01:50 So I wanted to wear a graphic tee dressed up,

01:55 Jurassic Park fitting the bill,

01:56 one because I love dinosaurs,

01:57 two because I love Jurassic Park,

01:59 and three because it matches the yellow of my power coat.

02:04 and now to figure out what shoes,

02:07 picking shoes that match a color that I'm wearing,

02:09 so black or white for sure for this ensemble,

02:13 These are platform boots a little bit, love.

02:18 and then a traditional white combat boot.
