We all love choux, these cream puffs from France, filled with custard or whipped cream ! Here is a recipe for all of those who are gluten intolerant, to enjoy this nice dessert!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup corn flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 3.5 oz butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg to brush
