Ingredients:
- 150 ml whole  milk
- 100 gr honey
- 100 gr butter
- 200 gr all-purpose flour
- 5 gr baking powder
- 120 gr packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
- 6 gr ground cinnamon
- 1  clove
- 2 gr ginger
- 50 gr candied orange peel
