00:00 Coach, you said at the beginning of the year, the best teams are player-led teams.
00:03 I guess, have you seen that from this group and how important is that?
00:06 Generally, what I meant by that was when you get going, it's their team.
00:12 We're all a part of it, but this season, the players begin to hold each other accountable.
00:20 They begin to play for each other.
00:22 That's one of the great traits that you see is when they don't want to let each other down in their play.
00:28 I think that's a really good trait for any team to have.
00:31 I think he's doing well.
00:33 Obviously, he's made some big kicks for us and has been in some big spots.
00:41 It'll be a little bit different now.
00:48 We're getting ready to hit a stretch where there's going to be four indoor games.
00:55 Houston's one of them, then it's LA, Detroit, then obviously we finish in Vegas.
00:59 But I think he's doing a good job and I'm glad we have him.
01:05 Sean, I know running game is not an all-11 operation, but what did you like specifically from what Samaje did
01:11 that kind of gives you confidence in where he's going right now?
01:14 He's versatile. He's one of those guys that I think it's a good trait.
01:19 I felt like we saw it in Cincinnati.
01:22 He's playing on third down. He's playing when the other player's out.
01:25 He's under center in their base game plan. He's in the gun. Protection.
01:33 He does a lot of things well and in a position where there's oftentimes a lot of attrition.
01:39 I've had backs a little bit like him.
01:44 Pierre Thomas was one that comes to mind that did just a lot of things really well.
01:48 Real good teammate, smart, and functioned as a number one runner, functioned in a lot of different roles.
01:55 And I think we're seeing that from Samaje.
