00:14 Operatives of QCPD Station 13 arrested a 19-year-old man who was accused of rape or molestation.

00:26 He was a minor in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City.

00:29 When we received the warrant of arrest against the accused, we immediately conducted a series of validation.

00:38 When we received information regarding his location, the troops went there and tested positive.

00:54 According to the police, the victim, 14-year-old Dalagita, was charged last March.

01:00 Our investigation shows that the person who filed the case against the accused is the mother of his minor victim.

01:09 The accused was accused of rape.

01:12 The suspect is second on the most wanted person list of QCPD Station 13.

01:17 He denied that he was accused of rape.
