Mission Christmas Cash for Kids in Leeds appeal for presents for this years campaign

00:00 Hi everyone, I'm Lisa and I'm from Cash for Kids. Today I want to talk to you about Mission Christmas

00:05 and I know a lot of you have already got involved which is fantastic but we really really need

00:10 your help right now. If you can afford to get involved, please can you do so sooner

00:15 rather than later. We've already helped 5,500 children which is great but unfortunately

00:21 we are at a complete standstill so we've got no volunteers in today. We've had to send

00:25 volunteers home yesterday and for at least three days last week we had no volunteers

00:30 because quite simply we didn't have any gifts for them to sort. We know times are tough

00:35 and we appreciate things are really really tough out there but we also know that there's

00:38 people out there that do have that little bit of money to be able to spare and to spend

00:43 on a gift this Christmas. So if you can help us, please please please do so. All the details

00:49 are on our website which is pulse1.co.uk/mission. You can buy a gift and drop it off at many

00:55 of our drop off points which are on our map. You can donate cash online, you can even buy

01:00 a gift online from our gift list. All of these children desperately need a present this year

01:05 and we still have 10,500 local children that need a present and we've only got just over

01:11 two weeks to do it in. So we really need you more than ever before. If you can afford to
