00:23 These are the resolutions in accordance with the Proclamation of the President

00:27 that will give amnesty to the members of the RMRP-RPA Alex Bongkayo Brigade,

00:33 CPP-NPANDF, MILF and MNLF, which are also subject to their political beliefs.

00:41 I hope that in this time, we will be able to focus on the root causes of insurgency and conflict in our country

00:51 so that this will be the last amnesty that our country will do.

01:31 But yesterday, Mr. President, the government's statement with the NDFP in Oslo was an agreement with the devil.

01:39 They will use this peace negotiation to betray the government and to deceive the people.

01:47 We appeal to your power to review these proclamations and agreements.

01:51 Malacanang has not yet responded. Secretary Galvez said that the Vice President will explain what will happen.

01:59 We respect the opinion and the point of our Vice President.

02:10 We want to reach our beloved Vice President Ara and also to our people that our peace discussion,

02:32 House Speaker Martin Romaldes asked, why would you be afraid to talk to the rebels if he has the military power and the republic?
