Ingredients

Water - ¾ cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Ragi Flour - ¾ cup
Panner (granted) - 100gms
Carrot (finely chopped) - 2tbsp
Assorted Bell Peppers (finely chopped) - ¼ cup
Cumin Seed Powder - ½ tsp
Amchur Powder - 1tsp
Green Chillies - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup
Mint Leaves - 2tbsp
Salt (as per taste)
Oil - ½ tsp
Ghee (as required)

00:00 Paneer has protein and we should eat Ragi during winters.
00:03 By combining both the things, we are going to make stuffed Ragi Paratha.
00:07 Let's start.
00:08 First, let's prepare the dough for Ragi.
00:11 For that, we will add 3/4th cup water in a pan.
00:16 And we will add 1/2 tsp salt.
00:20 A little oil.
00:23 We will let the water boil.
00:28 The water has boiled. Now, we will turn off the flame.
00:31 And we will add 3/4th cup Ragi flour in it.
00:34 We have to mix it very well with the water.
00:38 You can see that our dough has mixed very well.
00:46 Now, we will cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.
00:50 Till then, we will prepare our stuffing.
00:52 First, we will take 100 gms of paneer for stuffing.
00:57 2 tbsp finely chopped carrots.
00:59 3 finely chopped capsicum.
01:01 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
01:03 1 tsp mango powder.
01:04 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli.
01:07 1/4th cup finely chopped coriander.
01:09 And 2 tsp mint leaves.
01:12 Now, we will mix the mixture.
01:14 You can add cheese if you want.
01:16 After mixing everything well, we will add salt as per taste.
01:23 We will mix it well.
01:24 10 minutes are over.
01:32 We will take out the dough in a plate.
01:35 Now, we will add 1/2 tsp oil in it.
01:39 And knead it well.
01:42 Our smooth Ragi dough is ready.
01:51 Now, we will make small balls from it.

02:07 That is why we cannot make it like a normal aloo paratha.

02:13 First, we will roll the balls in dry flour and roll it.
