England, Sussex and Three Bridges cricketer Alfie Pyle coached Super 1s at K2 leisure centre in Crawley. Alfie is the first person to come up through the Super 1s and then coach them. Super 1s is a Lord's Taverners initiative and gives young people with a disability aged 12-25 the chance to play regular, competitive cricket.
Community cricket hubs allow participants the chance to receive coaching, compete against their peers and enjoy the benefits of playing sport.

00:00 My name is Alistair Powell and I'm here to help out the Crawley Super Ones.
00:04 What does the Super Ones mean to you?
00:11 So it means to me that I want to look after the kids. I want to see them grow up and watch them a bit of cricket and then see them in the future.
00:28 You've had an incredible year haven't you? You've won awards, you've played for England, you've played for Sussex. Is there any one particular highlight or is it all of it together?
00:37 No, all of it together. When I first started at the Super Ones and then now I've played for the DPL, now I'm playing for England, now I'm playing for Sussex here and I'm really enjoying it.
00:47 Right, you're green here, you're blue. Ready? 3, 2, 1, go!
00:54 So you're becoming a bit of a role model now and that's probably why you're here today with your coaching the youngsters, the next generation coming through. What does it mean to you to be a role model for these youngsters?
01:13 I just want to coach them. I like coaching kids who are struggling and I want to see them in the future. Hopefully they'll be like me playing for England.
01:21 Who were your role models growing up in the cricket scene?
01:25 Mine's Freddie Fintoff. When I was little, I threw the ball, when I was playing for Eifeld, my old club, I had the ball in my hand and I threw it into the stumps and I did exactly the same celebration that he did in the 2008 Ashes.
01:42 Freddie Fintoff was my role model growing up but now Joe Root.
01:50 You mentioned Eifeld, you play for Three Bridges now, big rivalry there. How much are you enjoying your time at Three Bridges?
01:56 Three Bridges is good, they're a good club to be fair. It was good at Eifeld, I've been there since I was five to be fair but now I'm playing for Three Bridges, they want me to progress for the future and I want to push for the first team.
02:13 Three, two, one, go!
02:15 What are your ambitions in the next couple of years? Is it playing for England still, pushing in your place at Sussex, second first team cricket?
02:33 I want to push for the England first team, I want to play for all the first team players, basically I want to be the first team player.
02:41 How many children are we expecting here today, how many youngsters?
02:45 I don't know because it's Christmas and they don't do Christmas at their college so we don't know how many people will be there.
02:52 What sort of sessions will you be running, is it down to you or is it down to them?
02:56 The coaches tell me and I'll do a warm up at the start and then they just choose what to do. We do a full back challenge, we sometimes do bowling practice, batting practice and then we do a massive game at the end.
