00:00 Talking on the Table Manners podcast, Princess Eugenie gave us insight into her routine meals.
00:07 Incidentally, she just happens to break one of the Queen's golden rules for preparing
00:12 these meals.
00:14 Eugenie started by saying that contrary to popular belief, they do order food online
00:18 and have it delivered home.
00:21 We do one, waitrose, order every week and everyone piles on everything they can on Sunday
00:26 night and it comes on Monday morning.
00:29 Sundays are quite sad looking at my fridge.
00:32 But ordering food from a store is not against royal protocol, instead it is what she chooses
00:38 to buy that is unusual for royals.
00:41 In her basket, Eugenie revealed she usually buys chicken, sausages, always.
00:47 Potatoes, onion, garlic.
00:51 Two articles here, onion and garlic, are usually avoided when possible from royal kitchens
00:57 or at least in large amounts.
00:59 The reason behind this is that these two are the culprits behind bad breath, which is feared
01:04 when speaking with others on official reunions.
01:07 Eugenie, however, is now leading a more quiet life and does not have to worry about royal
01:12 meetings and important dinners.
01:15 According to Hello, she said she's happy being a one-pot girl, meaning she will put everything
01:20 in one pot and cook a simple meal.
01:29 (upbeat music)
01:31 you
